1 .What are the programmes offered by ISBE and what is its relation with IIPM?
IIPM has started ISBE ie Indian School of Business and Economy, to offer its excellent education for the masses as a part of its VALUE EDUCATION initiative. ISBE programmes are cost effective yet retain IIPMs high quality edge. There are various programmes as stated in the home page of the website.

CREDENTIALS
1. Does AICTE/UGC recognize ISBE programmes in Planning and Entrepreneurship?
No. IIPM has never sought any statutory recognition from any body for any of its programmes. However students doing ISBE programmes also have the choice of additionally undertaking their MBA/BBA degree programmes from M S UNIVERSITY, Tamil Nadu since IIPM has a tie up with the Directorate of Distance Learning of their university.
2. What is the kind of tie up with M S University?
IIPM conducts Onsite Academic Programmes with M S University which are offered on par with on campus mode as per the UGC norms and are approved by standing comittee on Academic Affairs and Syndicate of the University from 2009-10 academic year onwards.
Thus all centers of IIPM/ISBE are onsite academic partner institutions of M S University and IIPM is authorized to conduct 2 year MBA and 3 year BBA programmes under technical collaboration arrangement in all its centres in face to face mode. The students doing this programme additionally get enrolled into M S University's Industry Interface Programme.
3. Are the programmes offered by distance learning mode?
The courses are offered through the Onsite Academic Programmes and are offered on par with on campus mode as per the UGC norms since at ISBE students are imparted the same education by ISBE on a full time mode.
The exams of M S University however are obviously held from distance learning mode from the various centers of ISBE for the sake of convenience to the students. None of the degrees/ mark sheets of M S University mentions anything to do with distance education.
4. So students doing these programmes join ISBE or M S University?
And can they say they are students of IIPM?
No students can't say they are students of IIPM. They can say they are students of IIPMs ISBE. And students join ISBE to do their full time programmes of ISBE which lead to certification from ISBE. But all students of ISBE have the additional option of getting enrolled into the M S Universitys MBA/BBA programmes, which most students do.
5. Does ISBE offer its own degrees?
No. ISBE only offers its certificates. The degrees are offered by M S University to all students who additionally get enrolled into the ISBE programmes which have a technical collaboration with M S University.
6. Do students need to pay any additional fees to M S University for the same?
No. Students don't need to pay any fees for teaching/study materials/admission etc. However there is a nominal examination fees that has to be paid by the students. This should be found out from your centre Dean.
PLACEMENTS
How are the placements at ISBE?
ISBE is a new initiative at IIPM. However the institute will make the best efforts to get the best possible placements for its students.
For all further placement related questions look at the IIPM FAQ page. However it may be noted that, since the programmes of IIPM are with dual specialization and with global exposure so IIPM students have better placement opportunities and packages.
MISCELLANEOUS
What are the other things ISBE stands proud of?
The institute is proud that it has been able to take IIPMs high quality education to the masses of India who did not have very many great options to get such excellent quality of education. The only thing we guarantee is great education. We are proud of the fact that our parent institution IIPM has such a great reputation and has achieved excellence in this country.
