IIPM-Mysore University PhD Programme

The University of Mysore is among the foremost institutions of its kind, and is an enduring symbol in the sphere of higher education in India. It was founded by the then Maharaja of Mysore in 1916 to become the first University outside the domain of the English administration in India, the sixth University in India as a whole, and the first ever University in Karnataka. The University now encompasses 122 affiliated colleges and 5 Constituent Colleges (with an aggregate of 53,000 students). IIPM has fostered an academic alliance with this University, through which its campus in Kolkata has been granted recognition as Research Centre of the University of Mysore for pursuing research leading to PhD studies in management. This will open up newer vistas of higher learning and research for IIPM students and faculty members, whereby they may all pursue a doctoral/PhD programme of the esteemed Mysore University through IIPM’s campus in Kolkata.

IIPM-MS University Joint Degree Programme

M S University, Tirunelveli (in Tamil Nadu) is a 5-star rated NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) accredited and UGC approved University, authorized to offer degree programmes in both Distance and Continuing Education mode, outside the University jurisdiction. IIPM fostered a technical collaboration with the University where in IIPM became an approved onsite academic partner institution of the University for the 2 year Fulltime MBA (industry interface) & 3 Year full time BBA & BCA (Industry Interface). Students joining the institute's 2-years full time Programme in Planning and Entrepreneurship (with single specialization) and the 3-years Full Time Undergraduate Programme in Planning and Entrepreneurship are eligible to get the degrees from the MS University after fulfilling the University's academic requirements.
